Planning & Rehearsal
Plan the next 8–12 weeks. Preview a fictional launch, compare disruptions and review changes before anyone approves work.
Your company
Choose the organization to view and create plans.
Create a plan
Set up a new plan with your goals, timeline, and key details.

Edit plan
Generate a first draft
Start with a manufacturing launch template. Review the proposed dates before creating tasks. Nothing is automatically approved.
Add work item
Employee capacity and availability
Enter or review weekly hours. This does not book calendars or make staffing decisions.
Rehearse a disruption
Explore a supplier delay or employee absence without changing your plan. These are simple estimates, not full dependency forecasts.
Compare scenarios
Choose two scenarios to compare delays and warnings side by side.
Team discussion
Leave a note for your team about the plan or a specific task.
Department approvals
Owner submits the draft. The assigned Owner, Engineering and Quality approvers must each approve. Changes requested return the plan to draft.
Publish approved plan to NIV Work
Only approved plans can be published. Choose an existing Work project; publishing again will not create duplicates.
Publication requires a formally approved plan. NIV creates linked issues in your selected NIV Work project and prevents duplicate publication. Later changes in NIV Work are not yet synchronized back automatically.
Connected business records
Link an existing Supplier, PLM, Quality or Finance record by ID. Records must belong to this company. Linking does not modify those records.
Delay alerts and recovery suggestions
Check overdue tasks and estimated delays. Suggestions do not change your approved plan or notify colleagues.
12-week timeline
Dates are entered by your team. Automatic conflict checks are not active yet.
